Sarah Ryan Schairbaum

Sarah is an attorney licensed in Michigan whose practice is focused in Social Security Disability, Estate Planning and Special Needs Planning. Born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Sarah graduated from the University of Michigan and received her law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
She focuses her work on helping families. Whether it’s helping parents with a disabled family member to obtain Social Security Disability benefits, advising a young couple on estate planning strategies or talking with an elderly client about achieving their estate planning goals, Sarah enjoys getting to know her clients. She joined the firm in 2016 and is now the managing member of Warren & Schairbaum, PLLC.

Bridgette B. Skaff

Bridgette is an attorney licensed in Michigan whose practice is focused in Social Security Disability, Estate Planning, and Special Needs Planning. Born and raised near Cleveland, OH, Bridgette has lived in Ann Arbor most of her adult life. She graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, PA, and earned her law degree from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Bridgette enjoys helping clients find solutions to the issues we all face as we strive to take care of ourselves and our families. She joined the firm in 2019.

Natalie Dominguez is a paralegal with over 20 years of experience helping clients apply for and win their Social Security claims. She graduated with honors from Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies. She assists in all areas of the firm, particularly specializing in Social Security Disability appeals and effectuation issues. Natalie lives with her husband and five children in Southeast Michigan. In her free time, she enjoys reading novels, cooking, and hiking.
Madison Driver
Attorney
Madison is the legal assistant for Warren & Schairbaum. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2024 where she received her BA in Political Science and Anthropology. She intends to apply to law school in the near future, and hopes to be able to one day apply her experience working with clients in her own practice.
